You asked if the rumors about a RS this year are true.
He said "In answer to your questions, AVEW has made no announcement regarding a reverse split."
Your question was not answered. He only told you that there hasn't been an announcement made yet. We all know they have not announced a RS yet. I get worried when people start skirting around the answer and say they are answering your question.
