Why did Lorsch take MMRF's cash

all the way down to $0 ???? Not low cash. But absolutely NO cash.

And the lawyers quit because why?

And Doug Helm quit purely for personal reasons. As did Zwissiwig

And Lorsch "forgot" to mention that MMRF was in default to a toxic lender last quarter? Failed to mention the toxic lender had sued MMRF?

And then suddenly all of these insiders decide to covert amounts they have been owed for years into stock right away? Not last year. Not the year before when they were owed compareable amounts. But now.

And none of them put any cash in. Just want their debt turned to stock. turning AGED debt into stock.
