And he doesn't have to lead the ask to dilute. He can sell at 0002's at anytime no matter where he is sitting. They have level 3 and can see all MM orders including hidden ones. That's why you have t trades because they're able to dump so many shares without scaring the market into panic. Then they just report the trade after hours and the guys will say 100 mill but after hours.
