Question imo... is do we ever see them, maybe as the SS allows?? Maybe not...

But if you take the... 2.4 Billion out, the 10.7 billion out, the 1.469 billion out, 30 Million Class A out and the .200 billion H&G shares out. You get zero SS here....imo other than 30 Million Class A.

Not all of that is a paper slap...have to establish price..imo

Encounter Tech Inc would then be a 126 Billion Dollar company and #2 in the world.
