LOL, an analyst upgraded TC to a Buy.

Doesn't surprise me however, that it is selling off recently despite this upgrade to Buy.
It's the game analysts play all the time. That rec yesterday was probably bad luck or kiss of death short term.
But I believe the Buy rating will eventually be right.
It's not unusual analysts timing stinks.
