SMTP is one that I've had that has done very well since reverse splitting to uplist. A reverse spit to uplist is a good thing. A reverse split to stay current or to be able to dilute more is not. The serious problem this company is going to have is the extremely greedy management team, that hands out options like candy. Then, once hedge funds get wind of Hoch using the share holders as a personal atm machine, short selling will come in droves. I do think, there will be a significant bump when first uplistng, and then it will get pounded. I plan on making bank on both. One huge move to avoid this by management would be to buy shares on the open market. I don't see that happening.
