Power Clouds Inc. is NOT Power Clouds Pte. Ltd. and is NOT Power Clouds International, it's just more names being thrown around as "DD" but in reality they are as private as most of the Flabio "companies" that were used in "DD." Did nothing back then and it will do nothing on this wash, rinse, repeat, except steal more money from investors.
Power Clouds Inc. disclosed -0- revenue and a 1st quarter loss of $600K+ while PWCL supposedly borrowed $5,001,000 from an insider while supposedly having millions in cash. What a load of BS!
The "spin-off" is just another scam as PWCL shareholders already had a majority of WRMT, after the "great news" of the spin-off Flabio is the majority owner. Of course in the real world of real DD Flabio in FACT already controlled WRMT as he controls PWCL.

On a pumpanddump site that exposes promotions, over the last 5 days PWCL was in the top 23 "companies" for its' number of promotions. "That's huge" isn't it? ROTFL
