Wrong Bansky. Sorry. It was BS dribble meant to distract and mislead. Surely you can't think BAYP will become a SEC fully reporting company next week.

But I may have missed something. Are they contemplating a registration statement be filed at that time? I doubt they even know what it is.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
