That was not a standard statement they made. It was a BS statement.

1) they didn't have to wait for an audit, so it wasn't holding up the "filing". Indeed, they filed a report the following day with no audited statement.
2) There is no such thing as a "SEC Fully Reported Audit Financial"

Just a kind caution. When Companies BS people, they are usually BS'ing people.
