Actually, I want him to buy quietly, if that is what happened. Why would I want the company to pay .0004 or 5 or 6, so you get your tic flip? He does not have unlimited capital, this is not AAPL. With all the potential news coming next week/month, just a confirmation he bought back some shares would be as good as buying back at a higher price. If this was a buy back, he would not do it with the last of his capital, so more to come, IMO
