Claims Court Ups Anchor Savings Bank Award To $419.6M


Law360, Washington (May 19, 2015, 8:43 PM ET) -- A bank now controlled by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA won an extra $63.2 million from the federal government Monday after the U.S. Federal Claims Court judge rejected the government’s attempt to dismiss the case by questioning the bank’s standing.
