Found the open letter that Neal Hill, CEO of HydroFlo (now Solarbrook) sent to Dennis Mast announcing his resignation from HydroFlo. Hill was the CEO between Mast and Moore. Following the resignation of Hill, Mast installed his long-time buddy, Moore, as puppet CEO. The scam continued. After a slew lawsuits, the name was changed to Solarbrook. The name change did nothing to erase the stench.
