Not going to get into details in a public forum, but there have been multiple offers in the past. The timing of those offers did not correlate at all with the PPS, but they were legit offers nonetheless.

I don't know of anything pending right now.

I am assuming we will get more offers in the future. But whether Frasier will ever step up to do right by his shareholders or not is an open question.
