Read up on transactions with the 'W' modifier, also Form T trades - it will become crystal clear in time. It is all dilution and it is all coming from the converted debt.

Dilution is a regular occurrence with INOH - Goldy just increased the A/S and also issued 400 million shares in the past few weeks.

Being ignorant is not so much a
shame, as being unwilling to learn.
