Proxy-Reverse Split question
Since the Proxy for the BOD meeting on 7/2 asks shareholders to vote for a r/s of 12 or 15 to 1, does anyone know if that means we won't actually do the r/s until after the meeting. We thought that since insiders own more than 60% of the shares no vote would be necessary, and we could get this started sooner rather than later. Is the vote just a formality, or do we need to wait until after 7/2 to do the split and get uplisted? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
