Not quite yet smolie. Still need to see that hold lifted at TD, need PR concerning a Business model & share structure & new name of what this company/shell will be. THEN we got are diamond LOL! I think that could happen soon. I also believe this shell could be a reverse public offering (RPO) instead of a reverse merger (R/M) as suggested on here. Either way today looks very promising. $GEGP
