Mara,

It would surprise me if they had a lot of open windows with near term litigation and potential larger settlements that could literally happen in the course of a conversation. I would certainly support a share buy back once they have a bigger settlement come in. At current levels they could spend 5m on a buy back and take a million shares out of the float. Of course this would be over some type of extended period so the affect might not be huge but it would cerainy tell people how undervalued management thinks we are. Of course there are many factors and I would rather have them buy quality IP before buying back shares.
