No 10-K and now a missed filing of the 10-Q (Due May 15), missed notification of the 10-Q being late (Due May 18), and missed date for filing a late 10-Q (Due May 20). All indicators pointing to very limited activity. Looks like those associated with this company may be focused on other ventures. They didn't even file a late notification for the 10-Q.
