Tough to imagine a successful law suit on a basically broke Nevada Corporation based in Canada.

Nope, we, the share holders, are completely reliant of the integrity of the FASC management which has been less than stellar recently, ... and mute for so many years it's tough to remember a public communication from anybody living.
