The Saudis were following US instructions. That relationship is changing, however, with a possible nuclear deal with Iran and Sunni resentment/distrust of the Obama administration. At best, 2016 oil prices are meant to remain flat or possibly increase modestly. Come September, the whole world could be turned upside down.

What ever happens, it should end up being in our favor....IMHO.

Do not go where the path may lead.
Go instead where there is no path -
