I have a question....The big guys in the company are forgoing pay and instead are receiving their salary in stock...at least as reported in a past PR. I know this must be good as it shows confidence of the higher ups in the company.

They repurchased 20 million shares to lower the outstanding shares and hopefully to increase the pps as less stock would be on the market. I know some companies do this to increase pps instead of paying a dividend as the stockholder can avoid paying taxes until they sell their shares.

But if they are paying the big guys in the company with stock, isn't that increasing the number of outstanding shares on the market? Just something I was wondering.

I have 48900 shares in this company, a small ammount as compared to some who are invested with HISC, but unless the price moves up, my wife will kill me :)

I do have concerns on what happens to HISC after the stock dividends are divied out, but if I were an executive in this company I probably would be more concerned with the company as a whole and not so much the stock price. Take care of the company and the stock price takes care of itself in the long run.

It seems many here are very emotionally attached to the stock price...so much that they appear to bash when the pr's don't advance the stock price. I can relate to this attitude as I grew up a LSU fan. I heard LSU fans complain about Nick Saban saying he didn't know how to coach in the SEC and that he should be replaced....they said this all the way until it was released that LSU made it into the NCAA championship game! So a lot of what I am reading sounds a lot like college/pro game calling.

Most know only what is released by pr's, which doesn't say much. I hope that the worst scenario doesn't emerge, but if it does, well, I am also a New Orleans Saints fan and am used to disappointment. Really, I have good feelings about this stock.

I hope all make plenty of money and hope to see less name callings and put downs (unless good natured of course)in the future.

I am not an actor, but I do play one on TV!
