I think the share structure must have changed, IR did not report when they said they would, HTE reported no revenue, IR has not responded to anything I've sent by email in the last month, and this is so thinly traded that it looks like MM's will continue to take it down with no news.

So at this point it's not even roulette odds, it's pretty much a lotto ticket. You win some, you lose some and this one stinks.
