Good post. In the first place, there doesn't seem to be very much to rob, or steal. The assumption that KC came in to steal what is in essence a shell of a company, unless the darknoise technology has somehow become something of value to someone other than Jacobs, is absurd. Some who follow this board daily may have noticed that the theme has changed. It seems that the merger isn't such a great idea to some, for whatever reason. I'm smelling another PR disaster in the wind, and I don't doubt for a minute that these guys have the gonads to try and pull it off.
