Not DOUBLE! Makes very little sense after they say they expect to have all debt gone in a month and then can free up shares held in treasury. One would actually expect AS to go DOWN based upon that and not up!

Why the extra 4b?

acquisition?
more shares to VGR Media people? - something's not right with VGR - not even mentioned in last letter and we were led to believe they would have more revenue than any other part of the business
new toxic loans?

Dror needs to explain this but on the face of it with no explanation the stock should drop to $0.0005 if it was worth $0.001 before the increase )I know these shares are not necessarily issued but if history is a guide they will be).
