The grower that I emailed DSCR about got back to me. The reason I asked about the max acres each license could grow is because, when he was contacted, he was not asked to grow any hemp in Canada.
But he was asked if he would work with them on the Africa project.
He was contacted by Alberta Agriculture Dept.
He questioned me why they called him and not DSCR. I told him that they were in a JV with DSCR.
Glad to hear that some of the questions on this board just got answered.
Yes DSCR and Albert Agri Dept are in a JV, and they are going to grow hemp in Africa.

This is very confusing since it has NEVER been reported by DSCR. You aren't confusing the Alberta Agriculture Dept with AB AGRO are you...or are they the same??
