the 2-3 Tier 3 expert growers INCC pitched shareholders in Dec 2014 have never been mentioned again…………WHEN DOES THE EXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT capitalize on their business building??????

INCC says it has plans to manage a grow plot in Huerfano County, in Jan 2015, highlighted in March 2015, but NO REQUIRED fees have been paid to pursue REAL business, while several other business ventures pay fees………….WHY……..THIS IS NOT KOSHER to believe the Huerfano deals are anything different than Vortex or Gro Pro or Salida…………
