A/S Increased to 10 BILLION!!!!!
Looks like Mr. Rauner has been a busy bee , passing out Preferred stock and now there will be plenty more :

to increase the number of authorized shares of preferred stock from fifty million (50,000,000) to four hundred fifty million (450,000,000)
