Those stupid institutional investors....Buying over market!
You had better wait to see if any institutional investors step forward @ $2.50. Sillerman hasn't been very kind to past institutional investors, most of them losing almost all their money. How about that initial group 4 years ago who bought at a split adjusted $112 losing 98% of that money. And how about the next group......whoops...nobody stepped forward on that one (except Sillerman who then renegotiated a toxic agreement to do it).
This "Raise", if it happens, entails 100% dilution for existing shareholders, including the old institutional investors. And that money is only enough for another 5 months at best.
A dilute raise is never in the shareholders best interests unless it entails expansion of a proven money maker. Raising money to simply staunch the bleed is fated to failure.
I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
