MOST DEFINITELY! The only reason the A/S is so high is because the Previous Management was a joke & had Toxic convertible Debt. But this New CEO PAID-OFF the Toxic note and that means NO DILUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So since there is not gonna be any toxic debt allowed to convert here, there's no need for the high A/S.
