$VGTL .0022 OTCQB 200 MIL AS CONFIRMED. This company processes videos and movies into 4k UHD format which is the new technology about to take over HD. This low float stock has never has a reverse split or AS raise since the business began. The chart reads this stock has bottomed out and is ready for reversal. I feel this is the most undervalued stock in the otc. Time will tell if I'm right. Good luck to all
