madhat...HSN puts products on the air a few times..then its on to something new...even if the product sells out each time..LIKE SECUREVIEW!!! They put the last 50 on sale...the key here is they only had 50 left after the show..if they started with 1000 and Secureview was on two times that day...about 12 minutes per show..thats 475 sales in 12 minutes of airtime...or 38 per minute.now with Shop America doing 300 4 minute segments thats 1200 minutes of airtime...X 38 per minute = 45600 sales....Shop America is nationwide..but each show is local...so I would guess sales per minute will be less...say 4 sales per minute X 1200 is still 4800 sales....as for George..yes he has received shares instead of salary..and he also used his own money to buy PP shares...he has invested a lot of hours and money into Seaview..as have other insiders..theres a good reason for that...bizz
