I was also surprised by this figure:

"Holders

As of March 27, 2015, an aggregate of 18,069,412 shares of our common stock were issued and outstanding and were owned by approximately 2,991 stockholders of record."

Is it safe to assume the Swedish holders requirement for FN is satisfied?

This must be a figure that includes us street name holders, but I have never seen a SOR figure stated that way. 3000 seems like a huge base. Anyone else see this figure as about 10x what it should be?
