bs david. you have used social media and company contacts(like Lorraine) to carefully leak false and misleading information to the public. While you may have not come right out and invited people to buy it you certainly offered it for sale which is the same thing. Let's not hide behind the form 15 here, you have always been the boss and control everything in an omnipotent manner.

Once you got people interested you diluted the company to a penny and the vast majority of it was for self enrichment and not company growth..
