Good Point...!!! Never thought of that...

But how will shareholder's get billed through dilution...???
No new shares can be issued for 3 years from contract date...???

Guess we'll need to demand Full Disclosure...!!!
Leave No Rock Unturned...!!!

But then again... might just be some very strategic planning going on... that will result in a very good future for all us shareholder's...
