An non-reporting stock like SLRW can easily become "Active" or "Current" again with just a couple of simple actions by the management! Actually SLRW did the "Reinstatement" before and can do that again anytime from now on... The recent example is: South American Gold. It was in the exactly same situation like SLRW (no filing for many years, "Revoked" business license, and "De-registered" stock etc.) due to "Non-Reporting" status; then after the "Reinstatement" with Nevada by renewing the business license, paying the $1.8K fee, and filing the overdue annual lists etc. the stock was upgraded to the OTCCI tier (OTC Currently Reporting) now!
