Hmm I wonder how scared TMMI is of that statute of limitations?

Bc with a quick research of the subject it appears the clock is often paused during bankruptcy...I think the judge will allow discovery to come bc it's obvious to all what was attempted by the defendants. And it's hard to keep track of their crimes when they keep moving companies
