They had one - briefly. After the SEC tossed out Dennis Mast as CEO for putting out 14 phoney press releases, a competent and honest person (I forget his name. I'm pretty sure clueless will remember) took over as CEO. Three months later, he quit and released a scathing letter which stated that the company was a total scam with nothing but cooked books. Working in the shadows, Mast installed Honest George and the reverse splits and pie-in-the-sky promises commenced until the two squeezed out the last penny they could leaving behind a trail of lawsuits.
