*1. The Dec 1996 Iterated lawyer letters saying tmm has ZERO rights to any current or old Iterated technology! Oops, there went the VDK 1.x that tmm is claiming they are currently using!!!
*2. The 2002 California lawsuit settlement where Simpson was ordered to turn over EVERY copy of the VDK 2.0 he had to DFMI (and not in exchange for ANYTHING!). Oops, there went the VDK 2.0 tmm claims they got from DFI!!!

* Do the math, funds in were $1,149,870 plus started with $34,050 in cash. Expenses for the quarter were $229,910 and they had $98,138 in cash at the end of the quarter.
That makes $855,872 left as unaccounted for as I see it. Anyone want to make a guess where it went???
