American Seed & Oil Company, Inc. (A subsidiary of Algae International Group, Inc.), in reaction to the rapidly evolving laws with the United States surrounding cannabis cultivation and distribution, has established itself as a leading producer of hemp to supply seed to the expanding hemp farming market, hemp based consumer products market, and hemp based construction material market.



The Company is also piloting a number of other cannabis related products and services.



American Seed & Oil Company is developing a comprehensive line of cannabis infused products targeting the health and fitness conscious consumer. The product line is expected to include products developed in house as well as products from partners like DuBe that complement the overall product line. In partnership with an established health and fitness recognized brand name partner, American Seed & Oil plans to open a pilot retail store in Dallas to market cannabis infused beverages and food later this year. The initial products will be infused with Hemp to include CBD which is legal in all fifty states. Cannabis including THC is planned for when and where laws permit.

The Company recently announced having secured financing to construct a new facility to grow medical marijuana in the State of Maine. The private lender financing the State of Maine facility has committed to funding a total of up to 12 similar facilities in States were legal medical marijuana or recreational marijuana has been passed into law. The funds to construct the facility in the State of Maine and the anticipated funding of the 12 additional facilities are secured by the facility and the forecasted performance of the grow operations.
