Again I don't think we have seen EDXC in an organic environment for some time. The lack of volume and large spreads has made this easy prey for MMs to drag the price and load. And that's not to mention those flipping on or close to the spread. If we could sustain 500k+ and eventually 1m+ in volume a day we would clear these levels easily. As a general set of axioms, the otc is an order book game, there are no market orders. We find that the price action is largely a function of the volume at particular price levels and this volume acts as upward or downward pressure depending on whether its on the bid or ask. This can be called "support" or "resistance" or whatever you'd like. I'm a quantitative guy who likes to dabble in pennies because of this simplicity. It's fun to train neural networks on these feeds cause the behavior seems to have a largely deterministic component unlike stocks on the NYSE that exhibit random walk behavior. In some sense these stocks are more "pure", especially in a liquid environment.
