TDG associates LLC was purchased by a parent company in 2013. I cant find out who wo paying 200 dollars. CEO of TDG is a huge marketer of red bull...jason schweck was an exdec. with red bull now senior vp of global sales with NOHO (DRNK) KCG Americas LLC filed SC-13(G) on may 8th...11 days later DRNK files 15-12(G) DOLCE BEVUTO LLC. was the shell compamy that was used to rm noho. the ceo was Jay Grdina also CEO of Noho(DRNK) Im wondering if they are going to use TDG and Associates to Reverse Merge NOHO (DRNK) thoughts anyone???
