Well hold on a sec though. Everyone is jumping to some misguided conclusions here. Read the first line of that excerpt.

As our cannabis IP is developed and commercialized, we will explore the potential of unlocking shareholder value through strategic restructuring, including possibly splitting the Company into two public companies, one being agriculture focused and the other being hemp/cannabis focused with the goal to up-list to a major stock exchange.

The first line is the focus here gentlemen. It states "As our cannabis IP is developed and commercialized". Well let me tell you this, if their IP is commercialized then your already rich as a shareholder my friends. The company divide will then be explored after its commercialized. Hence ...you as a shareholder have already banked.. the IP is licensed or sold to a major Pharma and now they will look to uplist because of the new share price and rev from the IP. As it stands now Realhemp is nothing but a brand , and your not dividing anything on just a brand. So this would be clearly down the road for sure and not anytime soon. So not real sure why it was mentioned now.

So then it appears once Realhemp has major source of revenue on its own they will look to split the companies. Its a strategy to gain pure interest in realhemp and the hemp/CBD movement. Because now as it stands its a little confusing for new investors because its STEV which is essentially a Stevia based farm mgmt. company with a subsidiary. They have a hard time pulling volume and maybe they see this as a reason.

This is a good PR. People complaining about this one and I'm just shaking my head. IR probably is too..thinking to themselves... what more do they want at this early point in the game for us.

I believe big things are coming here. Those IP's are looking awfully attractive after that FDA announcement last week. You cant touch using CBD in any pain killing/ sleep disorder/ anxiety capacity when it corresponds to pharmaceutically infused without going through Stevia Corp.... that's big.
