I think that Solomons Golden Shares might be a red flag in the process of getting proper financing. I don´t want anybody else to call the shots when it comes to operations (The man is a F***ing operational Genius). But financial decision and the company credibility today as a result of those decisions? Making sure that shareholder value is the companys priority nr1 is of great essence and a Financial Institution would certainly feel much more safe if the voting power was according to the number of shares and not that 80% is in the hands of Solomon, regardless any effects of financial decisions.
