Thanks...I'm not new to investing and did well with RNA last year or ECIG before the split for example (did mutual biotech funds for years).

I understand the convenience of WGE getting quick into active trading this way. However, DGLV aquires them for a dollar or what???? How could a reasonable deal look like (WGE has nothing but a possibly competent CEO since january). The share structure may be ok for an OTC and there was no RS?! (what is the AS count?) but there is just nothing they have to offer otherwise.,,or do they?
