What AGM ?

It certainly appears Heddle is avoiding holding one this year since it has been reported June is the deadline based on the last one.

This seems in direct contradiction to the recent PR released by the company, which I referred to:

I also look forward to seeing you and sharing with you further developments at our 2015 annual stockholders meeting, which is being planned for late this summer. Formal notice and other details of the meeting will be presented in our proxy statement that will be made available to our stockholders and filed with
the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Why do you think Heddle would bother to announce an AGM if he had no intentions of holding one?

And as far as asking questions, the format he adopted for the last AGM makes it impossible for any shareholder to ask anything.

The previous paragraph suggests that the AGM will be in person, not a virtual one. Shareholders would be able to attend.

But hey, throwing millions into something must mean something.... just ask all the whales, millionaires and billionaires who reportedly knew something also.....

......before they had their ass handed to them on a platter with staggering losses.

Well - I don't know any of the parties you refer to here either, but it would be interesting to know how many of them have sold their positions, and whether or not those who haven't sold a single share in fact took part in any subsequent fundings in addition to their original investment (I would put Heddle squarely in the latter category, btw).

If you're arguing that Heddle is blindly putting his money into a company that he knows is worthless, you are free to argue that; I don't subscribe to that outlook.
