Yes, Kingnazz, I am a marketing consultant.

I am not sure what you are getting at by:
"I know of many small businesses that operate very effectively, and all of them are private companies that do not have access to the public markets. There salaries are not high nor do their employees have Harvard degrees."

I wouldn't be so quick to compare private companies to public companies. Apples vs. oranges. For one thing, private companies don't have to deal with public stockholders. Private companies also don't have to stick their necks out and talk about their business in PRs. Private companies have MUCH less paperwork and legal stuff to do, and they can keep lots of secrets and nobody cares. Not only that, but the boss can pay himself all the money and that's just the way it is.

Ask the bosses of these private companies of yours why they don't go public. Chances are they will say "Too much paperwork and too much disclosure!"

Regarding this objective viewpoint you think I should give you: I think you are trying to pick a fight over nothing.

Regarding the PRs put out by Veltex: I think the IR companies Veltex has used are very unprofessional and poor writers as well. They are supposed to put out PRs that keep the shareholders informed while not getting the company into trouble. Seems to me they have made a lot of mistakes and I would never hire any of them for my clients.
