"why do we need a 2M synDNA building?"

First of all I would like to say that $2 million is not that much money. It cost my company $4 million just to move the print shop and QC lab into a new print room and QC lab.

I look around and ask "$4 million for this"?
It doesn't take much to blow through $4 million. $2 million
is not much money to speak of.
