If this is a pump and dump play, then every single penny stock I know is a pump and dump. At least I don't see many pennies talk about $20M contracts and have A-Grade companies to name as their client.

Any Company with notes and convertible shares along with flippers will looks as pump and dump. Mind you I have seen a few in my brief stint here at pinkies. But you can't ignore the fact that this company is through with its development stage and now almost done with convertible notes. Good things lie in the future of this stock and the stockholders IMHO.
