Ownership of OCAT shares. From Stemvest of Icell: Susquehanna is a big player, in the world that regular investors do not play in. About Us | Susquehanna International Group LLP They own 61,000 shares alone, and for those listed on that site, it shows they are continuing to increase their percentage of ownership gently. They have to do it slowly, you don't just go in and buy all your shares at once, institutions don't do that in small companies like this (unless there is urgency or an immediately pending event), and they recognize that there will be other institutions, here in a company with not that much float available, so, I don't expect to see huge buys, just gradual accretion of shares over time until they own a majority of the shares, which is how it is at key companies like this, in this kind of a position.

Bluecrest Capital Management Ltd, solid fund manager, 25,400. Not a huge amount, but again, multiple institutions are buying, and no one wants to MOVE the market with their purchases. That is exactly what they DO NOT WANT TO DO. If they did that, they would not be doing their job.
BlueCrest Capital Management

Millennium Management LLC, is also a big fund manager, with 51,840.

These are all NEW, other than Colonial. The link below clearly indicates this fact.

Ocata Therapeutics, Inc. (OCAT) Institutional Ownership & Holdings - NASDAQ.com

Morgan Stanley owns 56,171. The Morgan Stanley position has moved up by the list, but also, one should consider again, that they could be buying on behalf of someone, who may want to hide their identity, via Prime Brokerage trading. The same goes for Goldman Sachs, at 19,000 shares. Sometimes it's a company or someone else owning those shares, like a hedge fund.

Besides also, major indexes that you know about, a lot of FUNDS and also individuals can create proprietary and synthetic indexes, by accumulating a small amount of a bunch of Regenerative Medicine companies, for instance. So a purchase in Ocata, can end up being an important part of such a strategy, but it might not be a huge amount for any individual such purchaser.

I think there could be a lot going on here, and I certainly wouldn't dismiss this accumulation. These are not slouches, and everyone watches what everyone is doing on the street, so it's definitely significant and we're seeing some steady rise, I think, at least partially if not mostly, likely, because of such an impression that there is accumulation going on, and it's likely lessening the amount of shares available to buy and creating more demand as well.
