so a Form 10 is imminent?? Or the company going to do an S-1??

They have stopped talking about either. And stopped disclosing anything on OTC Markets. NO attorney letter for 2014...NO notice of late disclosure for Q1 and NO Q1 filing. And if that is not all rectified by June 30 then this thing goes STOP sign as well.

The reality is becoming an SEC filer and uplisting are certainty not imminent...and I am pretty confident it will never happen.

...oh and btw...the annual report cashflow statement has a number of errors...the good thing is OTC Markets pretty much will take anything as a cashflow statement.
